RECIPE: VEGAN MEXICAN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 BURGERS:

▶ 4 brios buns for a burger

▶ 8 plant-based burgers with beef flavor “Greek Cuisine”

▶ 8 slices of plant-based yellow cheese “Greek Cuisine”

▶ 4 leaves of green salad

▶ sliced tomato

 

FOR THE AVOCADO CREAM:

▶ 2 ripe avocados

▶ 150 gr. vegan almond yogurt

▶ salt & pepper

 

FOR THE SPICY CHIPS TORTILLAS:

▶ 4 tortillas

▶ 2 tablespoons of olive oil

▶ salt, pepper, paprika & dried hot pepper

 

EXECUTION: Cut the tortillas into triangles and sprinkle them with olive oil and spices. We lay them on a tray with non-stick paper and bake them for 6′ in a preheated oven at 180°C. For the avocado cream, place the flesh from the avocados, vegan yogurt and salt and pepper in a multi mixer and mash them until it becomes a cream. Bake the burgers in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C. Heat the buns in the oven for 1′ and our burger is ready to serve. Spread our buns with avocado cream and place our ingredients. Serve on a plate with tortilla chips and avocado cream.
